Paul Davis AI
Effective date: October 30, 2026

This policy explains what information I collect through pauldavisai.com, what I do with it, and how you can ask me to change or delete it. I'm Paul Davis, and I run Paul Davis AI. When I say "I" or "me," that's who I mean.

What I collect

When you fill out the Free Pipeline Audit form, you give me:

  • Your first name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • Your company name
  • The growth challenge you picked from the list

If you book a call, the scheduling tool also records the time you chose and anything you type into the booking form.

My website host and security tools may also log basic technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view.

How I use it

I use your information to:

  • Review your answers before our call
  • Reply to you and send your booking confirmation
  • Look up public information about your company, such as its size and industry, so the call is useful
  • Follow up about your audit
  • Keep track of my leads and clients in my CRM

I don't sell your information, and I don't rent it out.

How I use AI on your answers

When you submit the form, an AI tool reads your answers and helps me sort and prioritize leads. A person (me) makes the decisions about who I contact and how. I use Anthropic's Claude through its business API for this. According to Anthropic's commercial terms, data sent through the API isn't used to train its models by default.

Who else handles your information

I use a few services to run the business. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job:

  • Carrd hosts the website and the form.
  • Make.com moves your form answers from the website into my other tools.
  • Anthropic (Claude) reads your answers to help sort leads.
  • HubSpot stores your contact record and runs the booking calendar.
  • Email and alert tools (such as Gmail and Slack) notify me when a new lead arrives and let me reply to you.

These providers may store data on servers outside your country, including in the United States. They have their own privacy policies and security practices.

I may also share information if the law requires it, or if I need to protect my rights.

Cookies and ads

My website and the services above may use cookies or similar tools to make the site work. If I run ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, or LinkedIn, those platforms may use tracking tools such as the Meta Pixel or Google Analytics to measure how the ads perform. You can limit this through your browser settings or the ad settings in your own accounts.

How long I keep it

I keep your information for as long as I need it to talk with you, work with you, and keep my business records. If you ask me to delete it, I will, unless I'm required to keep something by law.

Your choices

You can email me at any time to:

  • See the information I have about you
  • Correct anything that's wrong
  • Delete your information
  • Stop receiving emails from me

Send your request to [email protected], and I'll respond as soon as I can. Every marketing email I send also lets you unsubscribe.

Security

I use reputable, password-protected services and limit who can access your information. No system is completely secure, so I can't promise absolute protection, but I take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.

Children

My services are for businesses. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If I change this policy, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
